First, fill out the booking form and pay the $400 booking fee for each service chosen. This booking fee will come off the total price of your package. Select any add ons, and pick the payment option that suits you. Click Here to view our simple payment plans.
Once booked you will fill in a comprehensive details form and we will match you with the perfect professional photographer for your wedding. Our wedding photography consultants are always on hand to help you with your booking. Our photographer will be in touch with you ten weeks before your wedding to go over on day details.

Our plans are designed to work with your budget, not against it! If you need a little more time to pay, that’s a-ok with us. We offer four ways for you to pay at a pace that works for you.
- All In - Pay 100% upfront and receive a free digital slide show worth $275.
- Over Time- Pay the required booking fee and the rest one month before your wedding.
- Before Your Date - Pay the required booking fee, then the rest over time prior to your wedding
- Future - Pay the required booking fee, then the rest over time (even if that is after your wedding).
Should your wedding be cancelled for a genuine reason such as a natural disaster or government restrictions Emot will refund your full booking fee. However, if you simply choose to cancel your wedding photography or videography with Emot a $400 cancellation fee will apply per package booked. After the refund is approved we will simply deposit funds directly on to your original credit card.
If your wedding is postponed to a new date that’s no problem! No additional charges apply if you provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Please contact us as soon as possible and our wedding consultants will make arrangements to transfer your booking over to your new date.

All of your photos will be professionally edited and uploaded to your own online gallery ready to print, share and save. Your photos will be delivered within two working days for metro weddings. Please allow a few extra working days for regional and rural weddings.
Absolutely. We’re all about sharing the love. Simply share your gallery link with your chosen friends and family. They’ll then be able to admire your photos and invite others to do the same. But they won’t be able to download them. Only you can do that.

We’ll keep your photos in your own custom online gallery for 12 months. But it’s still a good idea to download them onto your computer and store them yourself. For your absolute peace of mind though we also keep a backup of all our couples wedding photos. We host your photos on our own commercial-grade servers. Nobody will be able to see your gallery (unless you give them permission) – so your photos are always fully-protected and controlled by you.

They hand select Emot photographers for their skills, experience, and personality. Our team of experienced wedding photography consultants match a professional photographer to your wedding based on their suitability to your date. You can rest easy knowing that when you book Emot you are guaranteed a professional for your day.
Shortly after booking you will fill in a comprehensive details form. Every Emot photographer has a national security check, and is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance and for their peace of mind and yours.
Absolutely! As long as it is within the time frame of your package your photographers can travel to as many locations as you would like to capture those stunning nature or city shots. They can also come to your home or getting ready locations to capture pre-wedding shots.
The hours your photographer will stay at your wedding depends on the package you choose:
- The “Close Up” offers up to three consecutive hours of professional photography.
- The “Big Picture” offers up to 8 consecutive hours of professional photography.
Your photographer can travel to as many locations as you would like within the time frame. We find our Big Picture is plenty of time to capture both bridal parties getting ready if they’re located close to each other. If your photographer is starting at your ceremony we recommend booking them to start 15 minutes before it begins to snap some gorgeous crowd photos and ensure they can comfortably get set up to capture your walk down the aisle!
Need extra hours? No problem! Just add them on when checking out. Our packages are designed to be customised to suit your wedding.
Absolutely! Our experienced wedding photography consultants are on hand to answer any questions you may have and assist you with the booking process. You will fill in a comprehensive detail form so that we have all of the information on your wedding day. We will then match the perfect professional photographer to your wedding. Your assigned photographer will contact you ten weeks before your wedding date to discuss on day details. We offer a unique fusion of video and still images in our Moving Picture package. Our videographers will arrive at your ceremony location one hour before the ceremony begins to set up their equipment. Your videographer will be on hand for six hours. They will capture every moment of your ceremony before moving on to set-up at the reception ready to capture your entrance, speeches, and all those important ceremony moments. Our editors will use this video with a selection of the best images from your day to create a 30–60-minute fusion video that encapsulates every moment and emotion from your special day.
Please note that the Moving Picture package can only booked in conjunction with the Big Picture package.
